Cardio Tennis is for players of all ability levels. It is a fun and social way to burn calories and increase you fitness level. In a 60 minute Cardio Tennis workout, women can burn up to 500 calories and men up to 800. It is also a great way to widen your social circle while improving your fitness.

Forget the treadmill, forget the exercise bike, live in the moment and have fun with your friends working out at Cardio Tennis. Regular Cardio Tennis sessions will help you feel better, increase your hand-eye coordination and your fitness level will jump right up.
Hereās what a normal lesson will look like:
- 5 – 10 minute warm up
- 45 – 50 minute cardio tennis segment with drill-based and play-based activities
- 5 – 10 minute cool down
