Payment of Fees
Your next term’s lesson fees are required to be payed upfront in full by the end of the current term.
Once the school holidays begin, all un-booked lesson blocks will become open & available online to the public.
Invoices can be found in your First Class Account/App.
Methods of payment: Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, 5% Discount for Cash Payments
What do I do if I can’t attend a lesson?
While we understand that some cancellations are inevitable, we ask for your cooperation to make them easier for everyone.
If you or your child is unable to make the lesson please let Marcel know on 0401 177 886 as early as possible. You can do this via your First Class Account/App.
To be eligible for a make up lesson, a token will appear in your account, the notification period required is:
For Weekday lessons: by 10am on the day of the lesson
For Weekend lessons: by 8pm the day before the lesson
After this time, we cannot cancel the costs of court hire, or our coaches’ fees. If there is late or no notification given you will not be eligible for a make up lesson.
Group make up lessons: parents can self-allocate through the First Class Account/App.
Private make up lessons: It is the parents’ responsibility to contact Marcel to organise a make up lesson. These lessons are only valid for the current tennis term.
Please note: Make up lesson policy does not apply for students enrolled in the 3 lesson per week Academy Program.
Extreme Weather (Rain and heat days)
All group classes will be running as usual on rain or hot days indoors and gives us an opportunity to discuss important aspects of tennis such as video analysis, match play review, scoring, grip selection, court conduct, tactics etc.
Private classes will not be taking part in this program during extreme weather days and will be rescheduled to the next earliest available timeslot. Please note: Melbourne weather changes drastically so please don’t assume a lesson is cancelled unless you receive a text message from us.
Academy
The Academy Program is designed for students who want to play more than once a week. Students attend 2 lessons a week with an optional third lesson at half price included in that week, running throughout the term.
Private Lesson Cancellations
Once a booking is made and confirmed, please make all efforts to change/remove a booking before the start of term. If the coaching term has begun, and a full terms cancellation takes place, there will be a 20% cancellation fee to cover the costs of the removed class.
